Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within South Africa. For any international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.
3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times within South Africa:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 10–25 business days
- Outlying areas & rural regions: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our store for updates!
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
